Bill Shakespeare’s Female Jesus
Darlings, a new version of “Bible” is out from LBI (Law and Business Institute?!?) which depicts God as a woman and it even has a female Jesus. It’s long title is Judith Christ of Nazareth: the Gospels of the Bible Corrected to Reflect That Jesus Christ Was a Woman, Extracted from Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. And it gets even better, as LBI’s spokesperson and VP is named Billie Shakespeare. You can read more about this at Agape Press. And by the way, God in the Hebrew Bible is clearly male. If Yahweh were female, his/her name would be Tahweh.

Sadly(?) it seems this latest example of religious cash cows seems to be out of print!

I have heard this once.
Where’s the proof. By the way, I had mentioned this to a friend of mine and “we almost fought”.
Are there anyother books that points to this.

I’ve heard the pyschic Sylvia Browne from the Montel show state this theory.
I wonder if anyone cares to worship a “FEMALE” Jesus.
Thanks

There is no proof. Jesus was clearly male. God’s sexuality is complicated, though I should point out that in the minds of people in antiquity, Yahweh was male. However there were many many female deities.

I’d worship female Jesus.. of course. I’m certain that Jesus male never existed.

well im not taking any side here, but, if the generic man in the begining was niether male nor female, but was called man, he. Then when he took the “rib” from he(leaving a hole) and stuck it to a new generic man and called it woman, that would have the roles reversed. and adam is still trying to get back the rib to this day! man is woman and woman is man
